Mr. Mark G. Clancy testified at the Senate Commerce Committee hearing entitled “The Partnership Between NIST and the Private Sector: Improving Cybersecurity” on behalf of ABA, The Financial Services Roundtable, and SIFMA. Mr. Clancy discussed the threats faced by the financial services sector and the risk management techniques employed by the industry. He stressed the need for information sharing legislation to ensure the continued identification of threats.
